Our mission is to ensure our clients are able to plan their finances in such a way that they are never short of funds when required. Our clients’ and their family’s  financial wellbeing is our single point agenda.

From 2024 onwards for our older and financially free clients we would like to work towards ensuring the financial freedom of the next two generations as well!  This is a bit futuristic but we feel it is a small way to give back to our clients who have supported us for the last 21 years!

About us

Let me start by giving a background to who we are and how our journey started before sharing the team’s qualifications and credentials!

We are a husband wife team, Sandeep and Jyoti Bhargava, who are presently running the business with various licenses in both our individual names. 

Sandeep used to work in the public sector but took voluntary retirement at an early age. After trying his hand at a couple of consultancies he got into basic investment advisory in 2002. Subsequently he passed the relevant IRDA and NISM exams to obtain his Life Insurance and Mutual Fund Distribution licenses.
In the first year, that is 2002, itself Sandeep realized that the financial literacy levels of most people are weak so he decided he will try to educate clients and potential clients as part of his work and always follow a client first policy. He also decided to help people who needed assistance in transmission, tracing old investments etc on a pro bono basis and this policy is followed till today.
We were lucky to get a long bull run in the stock market from 2003 to 2007 which helped us build a client base and also get a lot of experience in the swings of the market.

Jyoti got involved partly in the business in 2009 when she qualified for her Life Insurance license.
As with any business which is service related we continued to grow as the Indian economy grew as also with referrals from existing clients.

As part of the succession planning for the business Jyoti acquired her Mutual Fund distribution license in 2017 and both of us got our Portfolio Management Scheme Distribution certification in 2022.

Sandeep Bharagava

Sandeep did his schooling at The Doon School Dehra Dun.
Subsequently he did his P.G.D.B.M. in Finance and marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has also done a one year full time course in International Trade,

P.G.D.I.T from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
Sandeep worked for a public sector company, State Trading Corporation of India for eleven plus years, including a three and a half year stint as Branch Manager of STC’s Melbourne, Australia office. 

Sandeep always had an interest in the stock market and used to apply for IPOs and do some trading since 1987 when he started his career.
Sandeep took VRS from STC in 1998 and did a few consultancy assignments till 2002.

In 2002 seeing Sandeep’s interests in stocks and knowledge of financial instruments a banker friend suggested to him to take up the Investment and Insurance business. As luck would have it, it was the right time to start this business as the market started moving upward in 2003 and it was a great opportunity to help clients and acquire new clients.

In 2010 Sandeep completed his Certified Financial Planner certification to add to his Management degrees as it is considered as very relevant certification in the financial services industry.

Sandeep has a passion for learning and has been continuously updating his skills and knowledge by attending various training and certification programs at various Asset management Companies and other training institutions. He has in 2023 completed some courses with Next Level Education in 2023  and is now pursuing a six month course with Network FP called Qualified Personal Finance Professional (QPFP) to update some of his skills.
